The Ulysses Learning SkillBuilder site is designed for targeted refresher training on each of the Conversation Strategies™ taught in ServiceMentor®.  Each training module in SkillBuilder allows a learner to refresh on the importance of a particular strategy.

Employees will learn more about why that strategy is important to the customer experience and how to apply it correctly. From there, learners have an opportunity to practice with real word examples and receive just in time coaching along the way. This simulated practice helps learners transition the strategies easily back into their conversations with just 5-10 minutes of refresher training.
