During the Performance Diagnostic, we work closely with you to define and determine those performance measures that are most important to your organization. Once established, Ulysses works with your stakeholders to regularly evaluate these measures and your company's overall progress to goal.

The outcome from these activities is a multi-faceted performance and gap analysis review performed and prepared by Ulysses Learning, which is discussed with your key stakeholders at 30-, 60- and 90-day intervals post-training.

The progress and gap analysis reviews provide important insights into:

  1. performance measures and trends;
  2. efficacy of your organization's performance coaching and related chain of accountabilities; and
  3. overall progress implementing and supporting key performance improvement processes.
